There are so many stunning locations for shooting in Paris! Let me share a few tips regarding one of the popular photo spots, the Pont de Bir-Hakeim.
Many movies have featured this bridge including the Last Tango in Paris. Pont de Bir-Hakeim has a lot of fans playing with the bridge’s architecture as it makes great shots! I often include this gem in the photo route to take photographs with a stunning view of the Eiffel tower.
However, it is important to note that its popularity turns into a large number of visitors. This is especially true on weekends when all Parisian newlyweds come here for a photo shoot. These days you will find here a lot of parked cars, guests and bridesmaids, and of course, wedding shoots literally a meter from each other. If your trip and photo shoot in Paris fell on the weekend, especially in the spring or summer, then I recommend taking the morning hours to avoid the crowds.
On weekdays, especially during low seasons, you can find the bridge Bir-Hakeim almost empty even in the daytime. So we had it during this photo session. It seems that the whole bridge and the gorgeous view of the Eiffel Tower were only ours.
However, Paris is a big city with heavy traffic. It takes experience to create the best route with a wide variety of great locations that can be reached within a limited shooting time. Write me your dates and wishes and I will create a bespoke route with the best spots for shooting in Paris.
