Trevor and Emelie have been in Venice before and both loved this spot. So Trevor easily invited Emelie to behold the dawn there. I have rich experience in the proposal photo shoot in Venice, so in advance, I sent to Trevor the helpful information how it would be best to stand for the proposal, with regards to lighting, background, etc.
In that wonderful morning, I was waiting for the couple like a tourist, nobody else was there. When Trevor was down on the knee I was near and took photos. Emelie was really amazed and happy! And of course, she said YES! After the proposal we continued the shoot through Dorsoduro area, the Accademia bridge and during the second hour of shooting, we were walking through San Marco area.
The sun loves sunny people! The weather was really nice on that spring day. The couple didn’t include a gondola ride during the shoot so we had a lot of time to walk, visit the secret places of Venice, find the excellent light, dance, laugh and catch the happiness and love in photos. I believe such wonderful beginning of their love story will definitely bring happiness in the future.
